How do you help teachers look at student work?

By onlinetrainingman | Mar 20, 2014

After students complete pre tests for math, teachers gather in a PLC to look at the student work and organize flex groups around the misconceptions kids had about the math. Sometimes teachers look at the work as either right or wrong. How do we get teachers to take that extra time to look for the strengths the kids have and lead the teacher moves toward helping the student move from that strength toward the standard being measured?
